1. It is our priority to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchase with us at Khind Online Store.
2. As Khind Online Store, our products are 100% brand new, original and according to SIRIM safety standards.
3. If you find our products unsatisfactory or have any complaints, kindly highlight it to us via email at khindonline@khind.com, we will resolve the matter as best as we can.
4. We will reply you within 24 hours, except weekends and Public Holidays, our working hours are between 9.00am-5.30pm.
5. As our products (excluding spare parts) come with a warranty, you may register with us online via https://khindonline.com/e-warranty/ directly so you don’t have to carry the warranty card with you in case of any damage or fault.
6. We have 10 service centres nationwide, you may find the nearest centre around you. Please visit https://www.khind.com.my/our-offices.html to find our locations.
7. All returns must be clarified and approved by our customer service team before being sent back.
8. If there is damage upon receiving your product, kindly notify us with photo/video proof and we will assist with replacing your item.
9. If your box is damaged upon receiving, kindly show us with photo proof and we will compensate a voucher at our discretion.
10. Do note that order cancellation/change of address is only permitted BEFORE your order is processed by us. Orders that have been processed and provided with a tracking number will not be entertained.
11. For spare parts that are not listed on our online official store, we would advise our customers to purchase them from our service centre directly by contacting our General Line 1-800-88-0032. Thank you!
