1. Does this induction cooker utilize magnetic waves or infrared? This model is a magnetic induction cooker whereby it gets hot once the metal pots touches the surface and when the pots are removed,it's safe to touch the surface unlike the infrared cooker which gets immediately hot once it's been started. 2. For infrared induction cooker there is no selection of pot? Yes,the heat is directly transfer to the pot,which the surface of the induction cooker will be hot,while magnetic induction cooker only surface of the pot will be hot. 3. What is the maximum usage time? Maximum time is up to 3 hours. 4. Is this model one suitable for deep frying? It is suitable for deep frying when using a suitable pan. 5. What are the diameter of pans that can be used on this model? You may use pans with the diameter of 12-26cm.
