Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
1. May I know the outer part is made from plastic or steel? The outer pot is made up of stainless steel.
2. May I know if this model has auto power off function? This model has boil-dry protection whereby it automatically switches off the heating element when there is no water in the water tank or if the water runs out during use. However,you need to do it manually if the water reaches the boiling temperature.
3. What's the use of the stainless-steel tray? We would advise customer to put the stainless-steel tray before putting in the big or small ceramic pot so that water can flow underneath for effective boiling purpose and to avoid the pots from knocking around. The machine might detect that it's low on water and show error.
4. Can cook without using the ceramic pot? This model DB32N has 2 in 1 Function for Double Boiling &
Soup Cooking method whereby you can cook without the ceramic pot.
5. Can this model set time? Yes,it has pre-set timer function.
