  7. All returns must be clarified and approved by our customer service team before being sent back.
  8. If there is damage upon receiving your product, kindly notify us with photo/video proof and we will assist with replacing your item.
  9. If your box is damaged upon receiving, kindly show us with photo proof and we will compensate a voucher at our discretion.
  10. Do note that order cancellation/change of address is only permitted BEFORE your order is processed by us. Orders that have been processed and provided with a tracking number will not be entertained.

About the Author

Cheng Ping Keat or "PK" is the brainchild behind this book. As an advocate of lifelong learning, PK shares about Khind's eventful forty-seven-year journey with the public as seen through the eyes of its Chairman Founder Cheng King Fa and himself. Both men felt that their experience of joys, success and even failures in the Company's annals would be a valuable conduit to help budding entrepreneurs recognise some of the challenges when starting a business.

Armed with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Melbourne, Australia, PK joined the family business in 1987 where he received hands-on experience in Khind's entire business operations. Further strengthening his managerial capabilities, PK completed a Masters in Business Administration from MIM-Bath University, United Kingdom. He was appointed Executive Director of Khind in 1998, and later appointed Group Chief Executive Officer for the group in 2003.

PK is a professional member of the Malaysian Institute of Management (MIM) and is also a member of the MIM General Council 2008/2009.
